My Achievements

DJ Cream has spent the last 8 years honing his craft in and around the New Jersey/New York City club scene. With residencies at some of the hottest clubs in the area such as West Five, Teak on the Hudson & Birch in Hoboken, D'Jais in Belmar, and numerous monthly spots, Cream can read the crowd and keep them dancing no matter their musical taste. Cream has also spun corporate events for companies such as Google, Modelo, Sephora, Xbox, Yelp & YouTube among others. Cream’s music has been featured on various websites and blogs and he recently agreed to feature his mashups and bootlegs on Digital Music Pool.

My Story

Growing up in a musically talented family, Cream spent his early days with a passion for hip-hop. Producers such as DJ Premier, Pete Rock, J Dilla, Kanye West, Hi-Tek, & RZA were highly influential in growing that love. Cream spent his teenage years creating and selling a series of mix CDs called “The Creamix” which became very popular in Northern New Jersey. As he grew, his love of music expanded to other genres and house music became more influential. He began DJing house parties and after a few years began spinning local clubs. After holding residencies opening for many of the larger local acts, Cream began headlining parties and has not looked back.

My Goals

• Expand NYC bookings • Book more gigs outside of Tri-State NYC (Philly, Miami, LA etc) • Create the #1 edit on Digital Music Pool for the year • Produce an original song that I am proud to play during sets • Grow Get Down DJ brand • Help younger DJs with bookings and navigating the market • Create monthly mix show • Grow social media presence • Improve media content
